I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University in 2011, my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2010 and I became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) in 2016. I have practiced in various orthopedic settings in Boston, Denver, New York City and am happy to call Utah home, offering physical therapy care in both Park City and Salt Lake City. I am passionate about continual learning and have supplemented my training with extensive continuing education in the field of orthopedics including Functional Dry Needling® through KinetaCore.
After practicing in a variety of settings, I have come to strongly value dedicated one-on-one time with my clients as it provides the opportunity to look beyond the obvious pain or injury and delve deep into the root cause behind it, treating the whole person effectively. I think of myself as your guide through the rehabilitation process, providing the tools, strategies, treatment, and education needed to empower you to take an active role in achieving your goals.
I am an outdoor enthusiast, mountain lover and adventurer. Prior to moving to Utah, my husband and I spent a year traveling through South America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Wanting to be close to the mountains, we moved to Salt Lake City on our return and love playing in the great outdoors with our two kids and our dog. In my free time I love hiking, running, skiing, gardening, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
